By accessing this website or placing an order with Damara Printing Productions (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our website or services.

1. Services

Damara Printing Productions provides printing, signage, apparel decoration, vehicle and boat graphics, banners, stickers, promotional merchandise, design services, and related products and services.

All services are subject to availability and acceptance by us.

2. Quotes and Pricing

  • All quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.

  • Prices may change if artwork, specifications, quantities, materials, or scope of work change.

  • Quotes are based on the information supplied at the time and may be revised if additional work is required.

3. Orders and Deposits

  • A deposit may be required before production begins.

  • Full payment may be required upfront for certain jobs, custom work, or first-time customers.

  • Orders are not confirmed until payment or deposit is received.

4. Artwork and Design

  • Customers are responsible for supplying print-ready artwork unless design services are requested.

  • We are not responsible for errors in customer-supplied artwork, including spelling, layout, colours, or image quality.

  • Proofs must be checked carefully. Approval of a proof constitutes acceptance of all details.

  • Once artwork is approved, Damara Printing Productions is not liable for any errors.

5. Colour and Print Variations

  • Colours may vary between screens and printed products.

  • We cannot guarantee exact colour matching due to different materials, inks, substrates, and print processes.

  • Minor variations are considered acceptable and are not grounds for refund or reprint.

6. Production and Turnaround Times

  • Production times are estimates only and begin once artwork approval and payment are received.

  • Delays caused by suppliers, weather, equipment failure, or events outside our control are not our responsibility.

  • Urgent or express jobs may incur additional charges.

7. Installation Services

  • Installation dates are subject to weather, site access, and safety conditions.

  • Customers must ensure sites are safe, accessible, and compliant with relevant regulations.

  • Damara Printing Productions is not responsible for delays caused by restricted access or unsafe conditions.

8. Cancellations and Changes

  • Orders cancelled after production has commenced will incur costs for work completed to date.

  • Custom printed products cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has begun.

  • Changes requested after approval may result in additional charges and delays.

9. Refunds and Returns

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, refunds are not provided for change of mind.

  • Refunds or reprints may be offered at our discretion if a product is faulty or does not match the approved proof.

  • Claims must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

10. Ownership and Intellectual Property

  • All artwork, designs, concepts, and materials created by Damara Printing Productions remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Customers warrant that they have the right to use any logos, images, or content supplied.

  • Damara Printing Productions is not liable for copyright or trademark infringement arising from customer-supplied materials.

11. Payment Terms

  • Payment must be made by the agreed due date.

  • Late payments may result in delays, suspension of services, or additional fees.

  • All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Damara Printing Productions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss.

  • Our liability is limited to the value of the goods or services supplied.

  • Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

13. Website Use

  • You must not misuse this website, upload harmful material, or attempt to gain unauthorised access.

  • We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the website if misuse occurs.

14. Privacy

Use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect and handle personal information.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on our website with a revised date.

16. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of NSW courts.

18. Vehicle Wrap & Graphics Disclaimer

  • Vehicle wraps, decals, and graphics are installed based on the condition of the vehicle at the time of installation.

  • Damara Printing Productions is not responsible for damage to paintwork, clear coat, rust, body filler, resprays, vinyl wraps, or previously applied graphics that may be revealed during installation or removal.

  • Vehicles with aged, sun-damaged, repainted, or non-factory paint may experience lifting, peeling, or paint removal when graphics are installed or removed.

  • Removal of existing decals or wraps may expose “ghosting”, fading, or paint mismatch.

  • We do not guarantee the lifespan of vinyl applied to damaged, repainted, or poorly maintained surfaces.

By approving a vehicle wrap or graphic installation, the customer accepts these risks.

Signage Installation Disclaimer

  • All signage installations are subject to site access, weather conditions, and safety requirements.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the installation site is structurally sound, compliant, and safe for installation.

  • Damara Printing Productions is not responsible for damage caused by hidden services, pre-existing structural faults, or unsuitable surfaces.

  • Installation dates are estimates only and may be rescheduled due to weather, access restrictions, or safety concerns.

Surface & Substrate Disclaimer

  • We cannot guarantee adhesion or longevity of signage or vinyl on surfaces that are:

    • Painted or recently painted

    • Weathered, porous, cracked, or uneven

    • Powder-coated, textured, or specialty finishes

  • Failure due to unsuitable surfaces is not grounds for refund or replacement.

Removal of Existing Signage & Wraps

  • Removal of existing signage, vinyl, or wraps is undertaken at the customer’s risk.

  • Damara Printing Productions is not liable for:

    • Paint removal or damage

    • Adhesive residue

    • Discolouration or surface marking

  • Additional time or labour required due to difficult removals may incur extra charges.

Warranty Exclusions (Wraps & Signage)

  • No warranty applies to damage caused by:

    • Pressure washing

    • Chemical cleaners or solvents

    • Abrasion or impact

    • Improper maintenance or neglect

    • Environmental exposure beyond manufacturer recommendations

Customer Acknowledgement

By approving artwork, installation, or proceeding with a vehicle wrap or signage order, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions, including all vehicle wrap and signage installation disclaimers.
