Damara Printing Productions is committed to providing high-quality custom printing and signage services. Due to the custom nature of our products, our refund policy is outlined below.
This policy operates in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
1. Custom-Made Products
All products produced by Damara Printing Productions are custom-made to order. This includes (but is not limited to):

Signage
-
Vehicle and boat wraps
-
Apparel printing and transfers
-
Stickers, labels, and decals
-
Banners and promotional products
-
Custom-designed or printed merchandise
For this reason, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect ordering by the customer, or if the customer no longer requires the product.
2. Artwork Approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork proofs before production.

Once artwork has been approved, Damara Printing Productions is not responsible for errors including spelling, layout, sizing, colours, or content.

Refunds or reprints will not be provided for errors present in approved artwork.
3. Faulty or Defective Products
You are entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law if a product:

Has a major fault

Is not fit for its intended purpose
-
Does not match the approved proof due to our error
In these cases, Damara Printing Productions will, at its discretion:

Repair the product
-
Reprint the product
-
Provide a refund
4. Claims Timeframe

All claims for faulty or incorrect products must be made within 7 days of receiving the goods or completion of installation.

Claims made outside this timeframe may not be accepted.
5. Colour & Material Variations

Minor colour, texture, or material variations may occur due to different print processes, substrates, or screen displays.

These variations are considered acceptable and do not qualify for a refund or reprint.
6. Installation & Surface Issues

Damara Printing Productions is not responsible for failure or defects caused by:

Unsuitable or pre-existing surface conditions
-
Aged, repainted, or damaged paintwork
-
Environmental exposure or weather conditions
-

Installation-related issues caused by site conditions or surfaces do not qualify for refunds.
7. Cancellations

Orders cancelled after production has commenced are not eligible for a refund.

Any costs incurred up to the point of cancellation will be payable.
8. Return of Goods

Where a return is required, products must be returned in their original condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the issue is due to our error.
9. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be provided for:

Change of mind

Customer-supplied artwork errors

Wear and tear or misuse

Damage caused by cleaning chemicals or pressure washing

Exposure beyond manufacturer recommendations

Delays outside our control
10. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
